Dear Timber Trails Association member,
Saturday August 16th is our annual Fundraiser! You, your family and friends are cordially invited to join in the fun! There are lots of activities for all ages planned, and we hope you can join us.
The fundraiser will benefit several community improvements, some things include a new sink and faucet in the lodge and a new entertainment area! The last one we helped pay for the new stove! It was time to replace it and make a great upgrade to the lodge.
We chose not to send out mass amounts of letters and tickets because not many were returned last year. If you or another member you know would like tickets sent to them please let our treasurer know. You can reach Kayla Cody at 503-550-3727 or at kaylacody.wtta@gmail.com. We are selling raffle tickets for $1 each. Winners will be announced the day of the event and you must be present to win.
Also, your donation of almost new, or new items to the Country Store, along with homemade goods (cakes, cookies, breads or canned goods) would be greatly appreciated.
If you would like to donate items we can use on the day of the event such as burger patties, hotdogs, water, soda, buns, chips, watermelon, plates, cutlery, etc., enough for at least 100 people, please let us know by 8/10/25 if you are able and what you would like to donate. Food that is donated would need to be at the lodge on 8/15/25. We truly appreciate any help given.
